Salvaged Kauri pine tongue and groove flooring from a wool store in Kensington. Boards 98mm wide x 25 and 30mm thick. We used a quantity in the construction of our shop extension in the 1990's, as shown. The remainder is stored in our barn at Yarrambat (35kms from Melbourne CBD). Mixed lengths. RL2010
We have a quantity of original c.1900 decorative cast iron, hydronic radiators which were sourced from the Hobart Women's Prison. We used seven of these ourselves, sold a couple separately and now offer the remainder as a set. A rare opportunity. We had ours sandblasted and painted as in the image. |

The fittings/connections were easily changed over by our hydronic installers and have worked seamlessly for 25 years. They are stored at Yarrambat, an outer Melbourne suburb. Being cast iron, they are very heavy but we have a forklift to ease loading.
